In-app Mobile Messaging with Smooch

Today we’re happy to announce a special partnership with our friends at Smooch, bringing seamless mobile in-app messaging capabilities to Help Scout.

Smooch is a mobile SDK that integrates with your mobile (iOS or Android) app, enabling in-app messaging with customers. They can reach out to your support team for help, or you can use the Whisper feature to send an automated, proactive message at just the right time.

All your Smooch messages are instantly synced with Help Scout. When a customer sends a question or replies to a Whisper message, you’ll have everything you need in Help Scout.

In-app messaging is something we’re really excited about. It’s a joy to partner with a company that shares our values around customer experience, and has built a wonderful product that reflects those values.
